Making a booking

Once you have determined that the accomodation you wish to book is available, you can proceed in making a booking. We know that at times it can be hard to sychronise your trip, your flights, get your friends & family to book days off work, etc. For this reason we give you the possibility to make a provisional (no-commitment) booking and lock down the accomodation dates until you sort out all your stuff.

Provisional Bookings

For all our accomodation, we give you the possibility of a no-commitment provisional booking that will remain valid for 10 days. When you make a provisional booking we will block your preferred dates for a 10-day period until you confirm your flights and sort out any other travel-related matters. Once you are sorted, you will then be expected to confirm the accomodation booking with a deposit, as explained below. When making a provisional booking please send us your contact details so that we can easily get in touch with you if need be.

If during this 10-day period you find out you cannot make it, or you need to change the dates, just get back in touch and we will assist you as required. You are free to cancel a provisional booking at any time, without any commitments. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, or if we are not able to reach you given the contact details you provide us with, we will just have to assume that you are no longer interested in the booking and your provisional booking will be automatically dropped.

You can make a provisional booking through our booking form.

Should you need to extend the provisional booking period for more than 10 days, feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to accomodate you. Please understand that an extensions to the provisional booking period may not always be possible, especially for dates during the peak summer season. Therefore such extensions may only be granted at our discretion if you provide us with a valid reason. For bookings in the winter months, we are usually much more flexible.

Confirming your Booking with a Deposit

Once your flights are booked and/or you are ready to confirm the booking, you can follow the 3 easy steps below.

Step 1: Send us your personal details

Please fill up our online booking form or alternatively send us an Email including the details below:

NB: If you already sent these details with your provisional booking, you do not need to send them again.

Step 2: Send us a deposit

Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive a deposit. The deposit should amount to 50% of the total cost of the accomodation. We accept most major currencies, however all payments will be converted to Euro at the local bank's exchange rate. The accepted methods of payment include the following:

For security reasons we recommend that you avoid sending credit card details by Email and use fax or phone as an alternative for sending such details.

Step 3: You're done!

We will Email you back as soon as the deposit has been processed to say that your booking is confirmed. Please note that any remaining balance is payable anytime prior to your arrival or else within 24 hours of your arrival in Malta.

Note on cheque payments: When sending cheques by post, we suggest you use registered/express mail to avoid postage delays that may exceed your 10-day provisional booking period. When sending a cheque by post please include a letter confirming your contact details and booking dates. Any payments by private cheques must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This is due to the long time it takes for some cheques to clear from the bank.

Note on bank charges: In order to keep our prices as competitive as possible, all our prices are quoted on cash payments. This means that if you are paying by bank transfer, you are responsible for any bank charges incurred by both banks during the transfer. Although such charges are minimal and fixed within EU countries, for international transfers you might need to confirm all charges with your bank before making the transfer. On a similar note, all credit card payments will incur a 4% transaction charge on top of the amount being paid.

Note on Booking Dates

The majority of our bookings in the high season usually start/finish on Tuesday noon. The main reason for this is that it is usually much easier for our customers to get direct flights to/from Malta on these days. Thus, when looking for flights we do recommend you give preference to flying on Tuesdays. Given this, please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to travel on any other day. We can be quite flexible, especially for apartment bookings or bookings during the low season. We will surely try our best to help you out!

Note on Exchange Rates

All our prices are quoted in Euro (€). Any payment in foreign currencies will be converted at the exchange rate offered by the local banks at the time of payment. A useful online currency convertor can be accessed here but please note that amounts converted using this online facility are approximate and may differ slightly from those actually obtained from local banks.
